• Authorized Realtors & Landlords: If a Realtor manages a property on behalf of a Landlord (including proxy accounts created by Realtors), relevant property logs, job statuses, invoices, and Blitz Cert™ documents will be shared between authorized parties linked to that property.

• Tenants: Active tenants may view relevant property handbooks, lease documents, rent receipts, and logged maintenance tickets associated with their unit.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for maintenance estimate analysis, and licensed specialty trade partners).

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of PropertyBlitz, our clients, or the public.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

• Storage Location: Personal Information is stored securely using cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase / AWS) employing encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill our service commitments, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal/accounting requirements.

• Security Controls: We implement access restrictions (including Row-Level Security policies) to ensure users can only access properties and documents to which they are explicitly authorized.
