My story
Hi, I'm Myles.
I got into Toronto real estate in 2016, right after finishing my business marketing diploma at George Brown College, as a marketing assistant with the Coppola Group at Royal LePage. In May 2018 I became a RECO-registered realtor at Royal LePage, and from then until 2026 I specialised in investor leasing.
I ran the leasing portfolio for the Coppola Group alongside my own investor clients. At any one time that was 7 to 10 investor clients and 15 to 20 units, and more than 50 units over the years. I closed 40 to 50 leases a year and placed tenants in under 60 days on average. I looked after the whole tenant lifecycle: marketing the unit, screening, references, the lease, renewals and turnovers.
Turnovers are where I learned the most. I saw them from the landlord's side, where every empty day is rent you don't get back. And I saw them from the realtor's side, where you can't list a unit until it's clean, fixed and photographed. The work itself is rarely complicated. What keeps a unit off the market is everything around it: a cleaner, a painter, a handyman, a locksmith and a photographer, each booked separately, each waiting on the one before.
Why PropertyBlitz
I started PropertyBlitz because of the problems I identified as a realtor, and because I saw an opportunity to provide a service that adds a lot of value to landlords and realtors.
I've since left real estate, and I'm no longer a registered realtor. I'm a contractor now, and PropertyBlitz is my business.
The idea is simple: one booking covers the whole turnover. Cleaning, patching, painting, repairs and fixes, lock changes and listing media, at a fixed package price based on the size of the unit, with a 48 to 72 hour turnaround target. I do the work myself and bring in trades I know when a job needs them, so you have one person to call from quote to keys back.
PropertyBlitz is new, so you won't find a wall of reviews here yet. What I can offer is what years of leasing taught me: what a unit needs to rent or list, and what slows it down.
How it works
Pick your package.
Pick a package by unit size, or send me a few details and I'll recommend one. A 50% deposit books the job.
Hand off the keys.
Lockbox, concierge or KeyCafe. The turnaround clock starts once I have the keys, the elevator is booked and the utilities are on.
We turn it over.
Clean, patch, paint, repair and shoot the listing media. You can follow along in your free client portal at app.propertyblitz.co, included at no extra cost with every job, and anything outside your package is priced for your OK before I do it.

You get your keys back too. Once the job passes a final quality check, you get a preview of your Blitz Cert™ condition report (room ratings, a checklist, issues found, keys returned and before-and-after photos) with the link to pay the balance. The full cert is yours once it's paid.
